6-3, Supreme Court finds that bar employees who sat by while patrons got really drunk and then started a fight, and who did not go get security personnel (also on staff) to stop the fight, was a valid premises liability claim. Case restricted to its facts, but still significant in that it sustained damages in the face of 3rd party criminal conduct, and put affirmative duty on bar employees to go get help. Finally, the judgment violated the "too many zeros" rule, yet was sustained.
